It ain't over til the fat lady sings and I ain't singing yet!

So...the good thing about the money game for me is that I said I would get my teeth fixed and that I would pay off my insurance premiums. Thinking about those things made me realize that I didn't have to wait for found money in order to execute those things and so I did them. Of course, with the $4,000 that I discovered in a defunct bank account, I can continue to have work done on my teeth (++++)!

I had a similar ephiphany the other day. My friend, Kevon, has a blog that asks how you'd apply a certain sum o money to your fitness regimen. I said I'd use it for a spa weekend. In describing all the self-care my imaginary sum would buy I realized: I'm getting a haircut! And I did. It was only a trim but my hair looks SO much neater and fresh.

I've been telling Pam for years now -- I'd like money to buy me experiences. There are not a lot of things I long for (though I love, love, love the mini Cooper). And it seems with the simple planting of the seed: I am having all kinds of amazing experiences.
